Encostas do Lago (literally, Lake Hillsides) is located on the south-facing bank of the emblematic Montargil Dam, a lake with an area of 1,600 hectares along the course of River Sor. The estate includes 3.2 hectares of land covered by Mediterranean vegetation and encompasses 22 villas overlooking the lake, with excellent light exposure and direct access to the water.
The development is approved and licensed by the relevant public authorities and is currently in funding stage
